Bigg Boss 16: Shehnaaz Gill rooting for Sajid Khan shocks netizens, wonder if she was coerced into supporting him to forward her career

Bigg Boss 16 has kicked off with a bang and so far, filmmaker Sajid Khan , who has been keeping away from the limelight owing to the MeToo cases against him, has been attracting the most attention. Sajid was the final contestant introduced by Salman at the grand premiere of Bigg Boss 16 on Saturday and he was cheered on for his journey by none other than Shehnaaz Gill .

The former Bigg Boss contestant who has been the talk of the town post her exit from the show and will soon be making her debut in Bollywood, was seen rooting for Sajid via video message suggesting that he stays true to his real nature on the show.

“Hi Sajid Bhai, congratulations aap Bigg Boss me ja rahe ho, mai bahot khush hu. Aur jaise aap logo ko TV me hasaate aaye ho, apni scripts ke through hasaate ho. Mai chahti hu ki idhar reality show me bhi na poora faad dena. Apna entertain karna logo ko. Hame ladaaiyaan nahi dekhni please. Ham chahte hai ki aap entertain karo, jaise real me ho waise hi waha pe rehna. And haa, meri support aapke sath hai all the best.”

Sajid also expressed on the show that he thought of Shehnaaz as his younger sister and that they have gotten incredibly close in the past few months of knowing each other. The filmmaker also revealed that he will soon be collaborating with her on a project.

The filmmaker who told Salman all about the turbulent phase of his life in the past four years, has been facing several charges of MeToo after the movement gained momentum in Bollywood. He was removed as the director from the Housefull franchise and his participation in Bigg Boss 16 has been a subject of a lot of controversy because of it.

Shehnaaz maybe one of the most loved former participants of the show, but she too received flak for showing support to Sajid on Bigg Boss 16 as several netizens brought up his old cases. While her fans have been arguing that there are bigger names to blame for getting Sajid on Bigg Boss, some have also wondered if the actress recorded the messge in order to forward her career.
