Every year we see romance blossom in the Bigg Boss house between contestants. Some fall madly in love and are inseparable even after the reality show, like Tejasswi Prakash and Karan Kundrra. However, there are some love stories which end in the BB house itself. In season 16, one short lived relationship that we witnessed was between Soundarya Sharma and Gautam Vig . They made a handsome couple and came pretty close, but things just didn’t work out and their romance saw a bitter end. But what left us shocked were rumours about Soundarya dating Sajid Khan after the show.
They were spotted chilling together at Farah Khan’s after party, but that’s about it. So what’s the truth? Well, in a recent interview Soundarya broke her silence on this topic. IANS quoted her saying, “I'm deeply hurt and disappointed by these false stories linking me with Sajid. I have always admired him as a friend, mentor, and elder brother. It's upsetting that even in this day and age, women are subject to link-up stories. It's time that society stops looking at us through the narrow prism of who we are dating and focuses on what we are accomplishing.”
Clearing the air once and for all, Soundarya revealed that these false stories were made up by some people in the media after she couldn’t give them interviews. Now that’s just sad! The Thank God actress further shared that she is now planning to take legal action because these baseless rumours have affected her family and loved ones as well. During the reality show, Soundarya was on talking terms with the filmmaker. But they were never close. The only contestant apart from Gautam, who Soundarya had a strong bond with, was Archana Gautam.
On the work front, Soundarya has reportedly been approached for Rohit Shetty’s stunt reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi season 13. Shalin Bhanot and Shiv Thakare are the confirmed contestants so far and Archana could also be seen as a khiladi.
