    According to Israeli media, with reference to rescue service authorities, the devastating attack resulted in a tragic toll of at least 250 lives lost and 1,500 individuals injured, marking it as the deadliest incident in Israel in decades, as reported by the Associated Press on that Saturday afternoon.
