Amitabh Bachchan rocks the hook step of Varun Dhawan & Kiara Advani's The Punjaabban song from Jugjugg Jeeyo

Ever since The Punjaabban song from Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani ’s Jugjugg Jeeyo was released, it has become immensely popular. Not only fans but B-town celebrities are grooving to the hook step of the new party anthem. The latest to join the bandwagon is legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan .

BigB took to Instagram and shared a new picture where he can be seen doing the hook step of The Punjaabban song. The actor is seen wearing a violet tracksuit and sporting a black headband. Sharing the photo, he wrote, “Nach panjaban nach panjabnan nach panjaban nach” and added music notes emoji. Have a look:

As soon as his post surfaced online, fans flooded the comment section with compliments. Even the official page of Karan Johar ’s Dharma Productions reacted to the photo and wrote, “LEGENDARY (fire emoji) #jugjuggjeeyo”. Maniesh Paul, who has a prominent role in the film, also commented, “Yessssssssss love you sirrrrrr” and dropped a red heart, fire, and folded hands emojis. 

Directed by Raj Mehta, Jugjugg Jeeyo reflects upon the complexities of relationships after marriage. Besides Varun and Kiara, the family drama also features Neetu Kapoor, Anil Kapoor , Maniesh Paul, and Prajakta Kohli in key roles. Bankrolled by Dharma Productions, the film is scheduled to hit theatres on June 24.

Meanwhile, Amitabh recently wrapped up the shooting of his upcoming film Uunchai directed by Sooraj Barjatya . The veteran actor is geared up for the release of the fantasy drama Brahmastra helmed by Ayan Mukerji . The film also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in prominent roles. Apart from it, the actor has some interesting projects lined up that include Maidaan , Goodbye , and the Hindi remake of the Hollywood film, The Intern co-starring Deepika Padukone among others. Reportedly, he will also be seen in a cameo role in his son Abhishek Bachchan ’s movie Ghoomar directed by R Balki.
