Prabhas loves all the aspects of Adipurush for which the film teaser is receiving flak, says feeling of fans matters

A few days ago, a video went viral on social media which left netizens shocked. This clip was reportedly shot in Ayodhya, soon after the grand teaser launch of Adipurush . In the video, South superstar Prabhas asked his director Om Raut to come and meet him in his room. Many fans claimed that this is the first time they have seen Prabhas so angry. Netizens soon began to wonder if the superstar was unhappy with the teaser, like many of his fans who had higher expectations from Adipurush.

However, Prabhas recently revealed what he really thought of the teaser and the grand launch in Ayodhya. During an event in Hyderabad, where the superstar attended the 3D teaser launch, he shared, “I was looking at myself in 3D for the first time – those visuals, the animals charging, I felt very thrilled.” He went on to add, “And for my fans, we are screening the teaser in 60 theatres. They are our support. They should watch it first. What they feel about it matters. We feel that all of you [media] like it, all of you clapped.”

While the VFX of the film has been compared to cartoons, makers have been slammed by netizens for giving Saif Ali Khan’s character of Lankesh aka Ravana a ‘Mughal look’. Even actress Dipika Chikhlia, who portrayed the role of Sita in Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayan, stated that Ravana was from Sri Lanka so he should not look Mughal. However, there is one thing that Prabhas has been lauded for unanimously on social media-- his effortless and natural off-screen chemistry with co-star Kriti Sanon. We got a glimpse of the same at the teaser launch, which soon sent the rumor mill into frenzy.
