'Agle part me asli...': Twitterati hail Ajay Devgn's Bholaa as dynamite action movie, wait for his clash with Abhishek Bachchan in next part

Ajay Devgn ’s much-awaited action thriller Bholaa finally hit the big screens today i.e March 30. The film is an adaptation of the Tamil film Kaithi, and centers around a man who finds himself in midst of chaos as he embarks on his journey to meet his daughter after being freed from prison. While the critics have given a positive review to the film, the Twitterati have called it a ’mass personified’.

Directed and produced by Ajay Devgn, the film also stars Tabu , Sanjay Mishra, Gajraj Rao, and Deepak Dobriyal in prominent roles. The surprise package is Abhishek Bachchan ’s cameo appearance which has left fans thrilled about the second part. The film ends with a scene hinting at a clash between Ajay and Abhishek’s characters in the next part. One of the Twitterati wrote, “Secret is out: #Bholaa is just a build up for the blockbuster war between #AjayDevgn & #AbhishekBachchan in the next part! Agle part me asli khela hai.”

Some of the netizens hailed Ajay’s direction and called Bholaa as one of his best directorial so far. “#Bholaa is a dynamite action film with exhilarating action, smashing BGM, intense emotions, and well-etched-out characters and performances by all. @ajaydevgn skillful direction takes it a notch above Kaithi.” Another commented, “One of the finest direction of @ajaydevgn It’s not the remake of kaithi Vfx bit weak but negligible Seetimaar dialogues and emotional scenes are top notch”

On the other hand, some of the Twitter users felt Bholaa is not at par with Kaithi. “Just finished #Bholaa - As a reviewer it’s gonna be a difficult film to review. I can easily criticise it for being so below #Kaithi. But I should tell you it was a decently good experience. The small changes in the story really uplifted things for me in the second half.”#Bholaa is strictly for those who haven't seen Kaithi.
