The sequel to Ajay Devgn ’s Drishyam is inevitably one of the most-awaited films on the block. Ahead of the film’s release this coming Friday (November 18), the first review of the same is already out. And it seems like just like its first part, the second part will also live up to the expectations of the masses.

Talking about the same, renowned overseas film critic Umair Sandhu has already seen Drishyam 2 before its premiere here and he has all good things to say about the film. The critic hailed it as an ‘absolute winner’ and just like its predecessor, the climax of the film will once again manage to surprise the audience. Umair Sandhu wrote, “Drishyam 2 is an absolute winner that keeps you hooked completely right till the end. It is definitely a must-watch movie this weekend. It is needless to say that the film totally belongs to Ajay Devgn, Akshaye Khanna , and Tabu . The climax will be the biggest surprise for Hindi audiences.”

Meanwhile, according to a news report in Bollywood Hungama, the publication quoted a source to reveal, “Drishyam 2 has been granted a U/A certificate. The examining committee of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) didn’t feel the need to cut anything. The violence in the film is in control and not disturbing as such. Hence, they decided to pass the film with zero cuts.”

The length of Drishyam 2 is reported to be 2 hours and 22 minutes. The sequel of the film is 20 minutes shorter than the first part. Not only this but the advance collections of the movie also look promising. According to reports, 10,000 tickets have been sold by three national multiplexes which are certainly good news for the film. Directed by Abhishek Pathak, the film also stars Shriya Saran and Ishita Dutta in the lead roles.
