Ananya Panday gets candid about her insecurities; reveals ‘I still feel very unconfident’

    Actress Ananya Panday gets real about her insecurities as she talks about days when she does not feel she looks good enough.

    Apart from being an actress, star kid Ananya Panday is also an active social media user who believes in being real and relatable. During her journey in the industry, as she grew as an artist, she not only garnered a huge fan following but also faced a fair share of haters and trolls. While she continues to keep her head held high as she gears up for her next release Liger, there are still days that Ananya feels under confident.

    In a recent interview with India Today, the actress shared, “I still feel very unconfident many days when I wake up in the morning I don't feel like I look good enough. I don't feel like my hair looks tight. Sometimes I don't feel like something is fitting me right. So, I have those moments all the time because I feel like self-love is a journey. It is a kind of learning where you realise things about yourself every single day. And I think it's about getting a little better, growing a little better, each day. I think it's more about realizing that internal beauty matters above anything else.”

    Ananya also drew parallels with The Summer I Turned Pretty character Belly, who taught her the importance of feeling beautiful on the inside and loving herself. Well, there’s a lesson here for all of us. Meanwhile on the work front, the actress will next be seen opposite Vijay Deverakonda in Liger, a pan-India sports action film helmed by Puri Jagannadh. Post that she will share the screen with Adarsh Gourav and her Gehraiyaan co-star Siddhant Chaturvedi in Zoya Akhtar ’s Kho Gaye Hum Kahan.
