Anushka Sharma slams a publication for posting Vamika's photo, here's what she said

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are doting parents and have been fiercely protective of their one-year-old daughter Vamika’s privacy. The couple has not revealed her identity even after months since her birth. Unlike other B-town couples, they have requested media and paparazzi not click pictures of their little munchkin. However, recently a publication shared Vamika’s photo as she returned from Maldives vacation and this made Anushka angry.

Recently, Anushka along with her husband Virat and daughter Vamika returned from their Maldives vacation and were clicked as they made their way to their car. The publication posted Vamika’s photo on their Instagram account and also tagged Anushka and Virat and included hashtags of their names as well. The furious Anushka took to the comment section and wrote, "Seems like times group knows what's better for kids than their parents themselves as they can't stop clicking and posting photos despite being requested repeatedly. Learn something from other media houses and paparazzi." The post has now been deleted.

The social media platform has currently hidden all posts with the hashtags-Vamika Kohli, Anushka Sharma, and Virat Kohli. "Top posts from #anushkasharma are currently hidden because the community has reported some content that may not meet Instagram's community guidelines," read one of the messages.

Earlier too, Anushka and Virat had objected to clicking and posting Vamika’s photo. After the mother-daughter duo photo from Virat's cricket match in Cape Town went viral, the couple issued a statement on their respective Instagram Stories.“Hi guys! We realise that our daughter's images were captured at the stadium yesterday and widely shared thereafter. We want to inform everyone that we were caught off guard and didn't know that the camera was on us. Our stance and request on the matter stays the same. We would really appreciate if Vamika's images are not clicked/published for reasons we have explained earlier," the post read.
