Charu Asopa accuses Rajeev Sen of cheating on her during pregnancy: ‘I found something in his bag..’

Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen ’s love story has been no less than a roller coaster ride for the two. They tied the nuptial knot back in 2019 in a fairytale ceremony in Goa. The happy couple looked madly in love in their honeymoon pictures, which had become the talk of the town. But a year later, amid the lockdown, Rajeev suddenly decided to leave Charu alone at their Mumbai home. They soon reunited and in 2021, Rajeev and Charu welcomed their daughter Ziana into the world. They seemed like a happy family until the actress decided to file for divorce in August this year. A month later they called it off for their daughter’s sake, but now the divorce is apparently back on.

What’s even more shocking is that now Charu has revealed how Rajeev was cheating on her when she was pregnant with their daughter. The actress told Pinkvilla, “After a few months of staying in Bikaner, I returned to Mumbai and spent most of my pregnancy period here. He would leave early morning at 11 am for his gym in Bandra from Goregoan east and would return home at night around 11 PM, sometimes 7, 8, or 9 PM. When I questioned him why he takes so many hours, he often said- 'When I see traffic on the map, I sip coffee in Bandra cafes and wait for the traffic to slow down, and then I leave for home.' I trusted this as well. At times, he said he slept in the car and many other excuses. Once he just went to Delhi without saying and I was moving things here and there, and that's when I found something in his bag, through which I found out that he is cheating on me.”

Charu told the entire family about it and thought that she would leave him. But she admitted that because of the love she had in her heart, the actress bought all his excuses and gave him chances to start afresh. This year, after filing for divorce, Charu had locked one house and was all set to move out of Rajeev's home. But a night before, he initiated a conversation and promised not to repeat his mistakes. That's when they told their lawyers they don't want a divorce. The actress stated, “Things that shouldn't have happened, kept repeating, and I realised that certain things won't change because that's the way Rajeev is. For the past several years, this is how he has been and this is exactly how he has lived, and now there's no chance that he'll change himself.”
