Indian Idol 13: Falguni Pathak may be mighty upset with Neha Kakkar for 'O Sajna' but it didn't stop her from joining her show

Neha Kakkar ’s latest single ‘O Sajana’ is making headlines for all the wrong reasons on the internet. The recently released song which is a remake of the 90s chartbuster ‘Maine Payal Hai Chankai’ sung by Falguni Pathak , has been on the receiving end of a lot of flak on social media as fans of the original heavily criticising Neha for ruining another all time favourite track.

The matter escalated when Falguni Pathak herself joined the trolls of Neha’s song ‘O Sajna’ and started sharing fan posts dissing the new song in her Instagram stories. While Falguni has expressed the she wished she could take legal action against Neha for the remake of ‘Maine Payal Hai Chankai’, the makers of Indian Idol 13 have banked in on the opportunity to promote the new season.

In the recently released promo of Indian Idol 13, Falguni and Neha can be seen together as the latter welcomes the dandiya queen on the show and dances to her tunes along with host Aditya Narayan, and judge Himesh Reshammiya.

While the Navratri special episode seems to have been shot before Neha’s song ‘O Sajna’ dropped, it confirms that fact that the tiff between the two singers has only started when post the release of music video.

‘O Sajna’ features Priyank Sharma and Dhanashree Verma along with Neha Kakkar and the song already has over 19 million views on YouTube. The criticism for the song grew louder on social media, Neha Kakkar posted a cryptic note on her Instagram stories on Saturday, “And for those who're soon Unhappy seeing me HAPPY and SUCCESSFULL. I feel sorry for them. Bechaare.. Plz keep commenting. I won't even delete them. Coz I know and Everybody knows What NEHA KAKKAR Is!!”

She further added, “If talking in such a manner, saying such bad things about me, abusing me.. makes them feel good and if they think it will ruin my day. Then I'm sorry to inform them that I'm too blessed to have bad days. This God's child is always happy coz God himself/herself is keeping me happy.”
