Darlings actor Vijay Varma served a freshly minted look at the Vogue Forces of Fashion event in Mumbai on Thursday and became the latest subject of discussion on social media. Clad in an unconventional black outfit, he reminded fans of Ranveer Singh , Hrithik Roshan’s character Krrish, Hollywood actor Johnny Depp many others. Not only with his acting skills, but the Gully boy has begun to flaunt his fashion prowess as a celebrity, and netizens are both impressed and shocked.

In his recent outing at the fashion event, Vijay appeared in three layers of clothing including an asymmetrical tunic, a shirt with a bow collar, and a blazer jacket. He rounded off the entire look with lace-up boots and a pair of retro sunglasses. Impressed by his style, one of the social media users wrote, “Jitni achi acting karta hai utna acha dikhta bhi hai such classy actor, sic.” Another commented, “This guy is amazing.. becoming a FASHION ICON..” While one of them compared him to Ranveer saying, “2nd Ranveer Singh in process.” Another person stated, “Isko dus liya lagta ranvir singh ne.” “6 kapde dale h bande ne apna ranbeer singh he sahi h bhyi,” added another. Time and again, Vijay has set the bar high when it comes to fashion. The actor has redefined the concept of masculinity and believes that clothes are gender-neutral and can not fit into boundaries. In a recent interview, he revealed that he knows how to drape saree in different styles. “I feel the arts have always been fairly gender-neutral. I know how to wear saris—the Bengali style, the Gujarati style. It’s a part of my training as an actor,” he was quoted as saying.
