Newlywed Parineeti Chopra turns showstopper at fashion week, reveals her sartorial plans for festivals

Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra is making a lot of headlines after her marriage to Raghav Chaddha. The actress recently walked the ramp at Lakme Fashion Week and slayed it. The actress was the showstopper for Vani Vats' creation. She looked stunning and managed to steal the show with her cute moves on the ramp. Her mesmerizing look has gone viral on social media, she wore a stunning golden saree and accessorized it with a sparkly necklace, and vermilion hair, with sindoor and pink choodas on her hands. This was the first time after marriage that Parineeti was seen in a fashion show and she stole hearts with her looks.

During the walk, Parineeti was also seen wearing an engagement ring, which she took the opportunity to flaunt. People loved Parineeti's way of walking and praised her look. In a viral video of the event, Pari can be seen dancing and smiling on stage as she enjoys her walk. In a statement to the media, Parineeti stated, "I think this year i'm gonna spent a lot of time getting ready for festivals, even if u call me for a birthday party.. i'm gonna come like this".

Parineeti Chopra married politician Raghav Chadha at The Leela Palace in Udaipur on September 24, 2023, this wedding was held among very close relatives. Several videos of their wedding became popular on social media, and they were all adorable. Not only was Parineeti's wedding unique, but so were her pre-wedding events. The pre-wedding festivities began in Delhi with an ardas ritual, which was followed by a Sufi night. Then the mehendi ceremony was held in Udaipur followed by haldi, and sangeet. The reception was the culmination of the enormous, fat wedding festivities. A musical chairs game, a lemon and spoon race, and a game of cricket were also part of their wedding festivities.

Parineeti Chopra has appeared in films such as Ishaqzaade, Hasee Toh Phasee, Kesari, Shuddh Desi Romance and Uunchai. She recently starred in Mission Raniganj: The Great Bharat Rescue, co-starring Akshay Kumar. Her upcoming works include Amar Singh Chamkila's biopic starring Diljit Dosanjh.
