'None of your business': Sushmita Sen on being judged for relationship with Lalit Modi

Former Indian Premiere League chairman took the internet by storm as he made his relationship with actress Sushmita Sen official on social media on Thursday evening. While the actress remained mum so far about her romance with the businessman for an entire day she has now shared a post from London where she's enjoying some family time with her daughters and partner and she has something to say to everyone who has been passing judgements.

The actress posted a selfie with daughters Renee and Alisah and confirmed that she is not married to Lalit Modi as many rumours suggested after her partner called her his 'better half' in a tweet with several pictures of them from their recent vacation. The actress also thanked fans who are happy for her and Lalit and to the haters she simply wrote, 'it’s #NOYB Anyway!!!'

Lalit Modi while sharing loved up pictures with Suhmita from their trip to the Maldives and Sardinia on Thursday confirmed that he's dating the actress. Calling her his 'better half' Modi wrote, "ust back in london after a whirling global tour #maldives # sardinia with the families - not to mention my #better looking partner @sushmitasen47 - a new beginning a new life finally. Over the moon. In love does not mean marriage YET. BUT ONE THAT For sure"

While did clarify that he's not married to the actress, several people on the internet did arrive at that conclusion reading his post and today Sushmita clarified with her post that there's no ring on her finger yet. Sushmita and Lalit Modi's relationship has been facing judgement from all corners but did get support from the actress' ex-boyfriend Rohman Shawl who said in an interview, "All I know is if she has chosen someone, he is worth it!”

Sushmita Sen is in London where Lalit Modi is based. The couple has had a long friendship before they became a couple and the actress is reported to have begun dating him only after her relationship with Rohman Shawl ended in 2021 while Lalit Modi lost his wife Minal Modi to cancer in 2018.
