Oscars 2022: Will Smith smacks Chris Rock on stage, makes for the event's most awkward moment

Will Smith it seems punched Chris Rock in the face on the Oscars 2022 stage. The altercation between the two happened after Chris who was presenting on stage made a joke about Will’s wife Jada Pinkett-Smith.

Chris called Jada ‘G.I. Jane’ in a joke about her shaved head post which Will joined him on stage and apparently punched him in the face. Returning to his seat, the actor then shouted at the comedian on the stage, “Keep my wife’s name out of your f**king mouth!”

Diddy who appeared on stage next for a presentation on the 50th anniversary of The Godfather, addressed the situation and said to will, “Will and Chris, we’re going to solve that like family. Right now we’re moving on with love. Everybody make some nose.”

Jada had revealed last year that she shaved her head after struggling with alopecia.

Making for one big awkward moment during the Oscars 2022, the confrontation now has Twitter exploding.
