Shehnaaz Gill opens up about living in the moment; wants to focus on acting right now

Singer and actress Shehnaaz Gill had done a few Punjabi films and various music videos before entering Bigg Boss season 13 in 2019. But ever since she came out of Salman Khan ’s reality show, it has only been upwards and onwards for her. She lost the trophy to her BFF Sidharth Shukla but won several hearts during her journey. The beauty proved she’s one of a kind, not just to the audiences and her fellow contestants but also to the superstar host himself. Post BB, Shehnaaz shared the silver screen with Diljit Dosanjh in the hit comedy Honsla Rakh .

In a recent interview with ETimes, Shehnaaz opened up about the love she receives from fans and also talked about social media trolls. She was quoted saying, “I am enjoying the moment. It’s okay. Yahi cheez thi, jiske liye main pehle taras rahi thi... ki main kuch banun, ki main kuch aisa karun ki log mujhe dekhein, pasand karein. Tumko har koi toh pasand nahi kar sakta, toh theek hai. Main kuch logon ki favourite list mein hoon, kuch ki nahi. Kya hi problem hai. Jo pyaar karte hain udhar focus karo. It does not bother me.”

Talking about work, she explained, “Mera bas focus hai, jo bhi aaye, achcha aaye but my dreams are big. Acting karni hai, brand ambassador banna hai. Singing bhi karni hai, par pehle acting karni hai.” Up next, Shehnaaz will be sharing the big screen with Salman, his actor brother in law Aayush Sharma and Pooja Hegde in the much awaited film Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.
