‘Shershaah has given me love & a wife too’: Sidharth Malhotra gets candid about happily ever after with Kiara Advani

Last year during Koffee With Karan, Kiara Advani admitted that she and Sidharth Malhotra are more than close friends. Her Kabir Singh co-star Shahid Kapoor, on the other hand, revealed that she will make a big announcement soon and it won’t be about a movie. Well, on 7th February, our beloved Shershaah pair tied the nuptial knot in a royal wedding at Jaisalmer’s Suryagarh Hotel. They looked made for each other and many fans felt that their characters Dimple and Vikram, who could not end up together in the film, found a happily ever after in a parallel universe.

Well, it turns out that Sidharth felt the same way when he tied the nuptial knot with his longtime girlfriend Kiara. In a recent interview with News18, the actor revealed, “It felt like the real Vikram and Dimple, in some parallel universe, came together. Shershaah has given me so much love and a wife too, so what else do you need from a film? (laughs) I think it was meant to be. Much like us, Vishal Batra (Vikram Batra’s win brother) was extremely emotional and happy when he came to our wedding.”

His blushing bride Kiara, on the other hand, shared, “The glow is real. This new life is wonderful. I’m very happy.” Don’t these two just fill your heart with love? Well, their 2023 began on a beautiful note and we expect the same tone for the rest of their year. After their royal wedding, Sidharth and Kiara hosted receptions in Delhi and Mumbai before returning to work. While Kiara will soon reunite with her Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 co-star Kartik Aaryan in Satyaprem Ki Katha, Sidharth has an action packed line up ahead with Dharma’s action thriller Yodha and Rohit Shetty’s Indian Police Force in his kitty. Much to our delight, the Shershaah couple is also expected to join forces for an upcoming romantic film titled Adal Badal.
