    Actor Shreyas Talpade suffered a heart attack on Thursday (December 14) and was rushed to Andheri’s Bellvue Hospital following the same. He had to undergo an angioplasty following the same. Fortunately, the latest development suggests that the actor’s condition is stable and the hospital authorities have also confirmed that he was doing fine.

    According to a news report in India Today, the hospital staff have confirmed that the angioplasty was performed on Thursday at 10 pm. They furthermore added that the surgery was successful and Shreyas was doing fine now. Their statement said, “He was admitted late in the evening and the procedure happened at around 10 pm. He is now doing fine and should be discharged in a few days.” The Golmaal 3 actor was rushed to the hospital after complaining of uneasiness on the sets of his movie Welcome To The Jungle.

    Shreyas’ family members have reportedly requested the hospital staff to not reveal any details about his health to the media. A news report in The Times Of India stated that Talpade had shot for some minor action sequences of the movie. The report furthermore added that the unit members of the movie had rather seen the Iqbal actor in a chirpy mood wherein he was joking and laughing on set. But after reaching home, Shreyas complained to his wife Deepti that he was feeling uneasy and collapsed after which he was rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment.

    Ever since the shocking news, fans have been sending him messages of speedy recovery. We are all hoping that the talented actor will be fit as a fiddle soon and will be discharged. On the work front, he will be seen in Welcome To The Jungle alongside Akshay Kumar and an ensemble cast. He also has the movie Emergency opposite Kangana Ranaut.
