Sidharth Malhotra goes cycling in Manali amid Yodha shoot; Karan Johar grooves with Varun Dhawan and Anil Kapoor on Jugjugg Jeeyo

Sidharth Malhotra has kicked off the shooting of his upcoming action thriller Yodha . The actor began his first schedule in Manali and geared up for playing yet another army man role after the 2021 film, Shershaah. In order to get fit, he took a bicycle ride along the lush green landscape of the hill station. The actor landed in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh on Sunday and treated fans to the mesmerizing view of the valley.

Talking about Yodha, the film also stars Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna. In the film, Sidharth is geared up to play a soldier who fights terrorists who have hijacked an aircraft. Based on the true incident from the 1990s, the will be Karan Johar ’s Dharma Productions’ first offering in aerial action space. Helmed by debutant director duo Pushkar Ojha and Sagar Ambre, the film will reportedly arrive in 2023 in theatres following the delay due to the pandemic.

On the other hand, Karan shared a hilarious video with Anil Kapoor and Varun Dhawan wherein they are grooving on the Jugjugg Jeeyo track. The trio gave a funny twist to the steps and Karan stole the show. Dressed in a printed black suit, the filmmaker showed his dancing talent while Varun and Anil did the hook step of the song Jugjugg Jeeyo. Sharing the video, Karan wrote, “May this duo be forever young…I mean #JugJuggJeeyo!!”

For those unaware, Karan’s production venture Jugjugg Jeeyo, the family drama was released this year. Starring Varun Dhawan, Anil Kapoor, Kiara Advani, and Neetu Kapoor, the film performed average at the box office. However, the film’s song, The Punjabban Song, and the title track became super hits.

In the upcoming episode of Karan’s infamous Koffee With Karan, Anil and Varun are gracing as guests. The recently shared trailer saw Anil revealing sex as the reason behind youthfulness and Varun said Arjun Kapoor chooses the worst script. He also spoke about Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif that the two beauties look elder than him.
