Stree 2 song: Varun Dhawan and Rajkummar Rao try to win over ‘khoobsurat’ Shraddha Kapoor

Varun Dhawan's Bhediya will have a crossover with Stree 2. The actor will have a cameo performance in Stree 2, featuring in a song with Shraddha Kapoor, titled Khoobsurat. The makers of Stree 2 recently shared the music video of Khoobsurat, showcasing the battle between Rajkummar Rao and Varun Dhawan as they try to win over Shraddha Kapoor.

The song begins with the words, “Pesh hain chanderi ki ansuni dastaan” appearing on screen. Later Varun appears on screen dressed as Bhediya, along with Abhishek Banerjee who played the role of Jana in Stree. After they come out of the forest, they find Stree (Shraddha) standing near the gates, dressed in a red saree. Seeing Shraddha, Varun goes closer to her and tries to entice her.

Later, Vicky (Rajkummar Rao) also appears on the location along with Jana. After seeing Bhediya and Stree dance, Vicky gets angry and tries to stay calm. Later, while Jana distracts Bhediya, Vicky takes Stree along with him and dances with her. In the end, Bhediya and Vicky indulge in a banter to win over Stree.

Sharing the music video on social media, the makers captioned the post, “When Stree meets Bhediya, magic happens! Dive into the enchanting romance of Khoobsurat featuring the talented Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and Varun Dhawan from Stree 2.”

Song Khoobsurat is sung by Vishal Mishra with music by Sachin-Jigar and heartfelt lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

Stree 2, starring Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor, will release on August 15. The film also features Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana in pivotal roles. Helmed by Jayprad Desai, the film is produced by Dinesh Vijan and written by Niren Bhatt.

Stree 2 is the sequel film to Maddock’s highly successful horror comedy film Stree. The film is a part of Maddock’s horror comedy universe which also produced Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon-starrer Bhediya that was released in 2022. Stree 2 is set to feature cameo performances by stars from other films of Maddock and Varun Dhawan will have a crossover in Stree 2 as Bhediya.
