'Why is she dressing a little girl in...?': Aishwarya Rai Bachchan trolled for twinning with Aaradhya at Ambani bash

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has often been at the receiving end of criticism on social media for being overly protective of her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan. The social media users also take a dig at the mother-daughter duo’s hairstyle. Aishwarya recently stepped out with Aaradhya to attend the Ganesh Chaturthi celebration hosted by billionaire Mukesh Ambani. This time, she was trolled for making Aaradhya wear the same outfit as hers at the bash.

A video shared by paparazzo Viral Bhayani shows Aishwarya and Aaradhya arriving at the Ambani’s hosted bash holding each other's hand. While Aishwarya wore a blue salwar suit, her daughter wore the same suit in yellow colour. Both were spotted in their usual hairstyle while they posed for the shutterbugs. A troll commented, “What are they wearing they look like cheap Chandni Chowk outfits very poor dress sense.” Another troll said, “Mamma and baby wearing the same dresses wow! Bas In dono ka hi wait tha with this ancient hairstyle.”

“I don't understand why she is making her daughter wear such clothes- literally needs to gear up. They have the best of designers yet such bad dressing sense!” reacted a netizen. “Why is she dressing up that little girl in adult outfits,” said another netizen. “They are adorable... but why a young girl has to be dressed up like aunty... bachha hae... bacchon ki tarahan dress up ho beta,” added a netizen.

Besides Aishwarya and Aaradhya, several B-town stars graced the bash in their most fashionable avatars. Superstar Shah Rukh Khan attended with his wife Gauri Khan and kids Suhana Khan and AbRam. Salman Khan appeared with her niece Alizeh Agnihotri. Deepika Padukone arrived with her husband Ranveer Singh, while Alia was accompanied by Brahmastra director Ayan Mukerji. Kiara Advani-Sidharth Malhotra, Athiya Shetty-Kl Rahul and other newlywed couples were also in attendance. Starkids Ananya Panday, Janhvi Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, and Ibrahim Ali Khan, among others, made heads turn with their stunning appearances.
