Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness gets new trailer and we see Steven Strange take on the biggest threat to the multiverse himself

While the plot of the movie still remains vague, we do know that Doctor Strange is dealing with the consequences of disturbing the multiverse and seeks the help of Scarlet Witch to mend it, the new footage shows the former Sorcerer Supreme meeting some sort of interdimensional council.

We also see the return of Karl Mordo who seeks to punish Doctor Strange for his actions and reveals to him that the biggest threat to the multiverse is an evil version of himself who seeks power over the multiverse.

now while these may seem to be the case there is a possibility that Mordo is just trying to trick Strange into helping him

We also get to see America Chavez played by Xochitl Gomez in action, Chavez is a superhero with the power to travel between dimensions with ease.

The movie promises plenty of action with both Wanda and Strange fighting against foes from across the multiverse, and the best part of the trailer is we hear a very familiar voice that of Partick Stewart aka professor Charles Xavier which confirms the fact that the X-Men will be introduced into the MCU.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness stars Benedict Cumberbatch , Chiwetel Ejiofor, Elizabeth Olsen , Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gomez, Michael Stühlbarg, and Rachel McAdams. The film is directed by Sam Raimi.
