    Hollywood star Gal Gadot has amassed a global fan base thanks to her appearance as DCEU 's Wonder Woman. The actress has already appeared in four films as Diana Prince including Justice League and Batman Vs. Superman and has now shared an update on her third stand-alone Wonder Woman film.

    While director Patty Jenkins had only given us a confirmation on the third installment and that she would working on the script after the release of Wonder Woman 1984 in 2020, there has been no official confirmation from the studio on Wonder Woman 3.

    With Wonder Woman 2 getting mixed responses from fans and critics and a weak performance at the box office grossing only 166 million dollars worldwide, there were rumors that the project (part 3) was put on hold by the studio.

    Actress Gal Galdot who is busy promoting her upcoming movie Death on the Nile, a sequel to the 2017 movie Murder on the Orient Express dispelled the rumors and confirmed that the movie is in production.

    In a recent interview with InStyle, the actress talked about Wonder Woman 3 saying that it would "probably start in a year and a half or so."

    There are also rumors that Wonder Woman will have a cameo in the upcoming DC movie The Flash starring Ezra Miller with the actress hinting about her appearance via Instagram.

    While plot details on Wonder Woman 3 are not available as of now but it is known that actress Lynda Carter will reprise her role as Asteria. With poor reception to the campy tone of WW 1984, it will interesting to see what direction Patty Jenkins will take and which villain the Amazonian princess will face off against next time.
