Katrina Kaif, Siddhant Chaturvedi & Ishaan Khatter share Phone Bhoot announcement teaser, say 'Ek Bhayanak comedy incoming'

Katrina Kaif , Sidhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter starrer Phone Bhoot has been long-awaited. The stars have now shared the announcement teaser offering the glimpse into the ghost in the upcoming movie. Taking their respective Instagram handle, they dropped the short video clip with caption that reads, "Ek Bhayanak comedy incoming. Stay tuned." and a telephone and ghost emoji. Have a look:

About 30-seconds-teaser gave out details of the star cast and crew. It also features a distressed woman in a white saree with open hair who has a car crash. The film's hilariously scary vibes also revealed the animated ghost logo. Directed by Gurmmeet Singh and produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, the film is touted to be an out-and-out horror comedy that will see Katrina, Siddhant, and Ishaan sharing screen space for the first time.

Earlier, Katrina, Ishaan, and Siddhant had treated fans with a fun photoshoot where they are goofing around. Dressed in formal black and white suit, the trio looked attractive. Sharing the poster, Siddhant wrote, "Triple Trouble In Bhoot World! Darna allowed hai, as long as you’re laughing along the way. #PhoneBhoot, ringing in cinemas in 2021 (sic)." Earlier, the film was scheduled to release in 2021, owing to the coronavirus pandemic, the release date has been pushed. The new release date will be announced at 11 am tomorrow.

It is believed that the actors will be seen catching ghosts in the film. Talking about the film, director Gurmmeet Singh had earlier told Firstpost, "it's a marquee film, it's a spectacle for the audience and theater going people. So we are in the process of almost completing it. So, Excel Entertainment will very soon be putting out an announcement as to what's the next update with it. If I could, I would've definitely given you an update, but I'm not at the liberty to give it."

Meanwhile, Katrina will also be seen in Tiger 3 alongside Salman Khan and Emraan Hashmi. On the other hand, Siddhant Chaturvedi also has Kho Gaye Hum Kahan where he is reuniting with Ananya Panday after Gehraiyaan. The film also stars Adarsh Gaurav. While Ishaan Khatter will next be seen in war drama Pippa , based on the life of war veteran Brigadier Balram Singh Mehta. It also stars Mrunal Thakur .
