‘Viceroy’s House’ is a period drama movie, is based during the time of partition in India. The movie was premiered in Berlin in the month of February and was later released in United Kingdom and several other territories. The movie was gradually released in United States and recently, IFC Films, an American film production and distribution company has struck a deal for the movie.

The movie received a lot of attention during the recent Cannes Film festival. The movie also stars Hugh Bonneville and Gillian Anderson. This achievement will definitely open new doors for Huma Qureshi in world cinema.
