Alia Bhatt Could Be My Heir: Karan Johar

As the trailer of Karan Johar’s upcoming film Kapoor and Sons went out, the celebrated producer-director lauded the work done by all the stars in the movie. He particularly talked about his relations with Alia Bhatt and described it to be very close. “She might end up inheriting some of my properties and whatever money I’m left with, he added.” 

He also talked about Pakistani actor Fawad Khan, calling her favourite actor of his mother Hiroo Johar. “He is the only actor my mother blushes on seeing, he said.” Even taking a light shot on the director Shakun, he said “Regardless of what his height is, he has made a very tall film. It has a different perspective on family.”

Furthermore, Karan Johar did not miss out on acknowledging the Rishi Kapoor’s commitment towards his work. He said, “It is tough for an artiste to sit on the chair for that long and then perform with all of it on your face.” The movie is set to get released on Mar. 18, which will star Sidharth Malhotra and Sanjay Kapoor as well. Shooting for Enmel Paayum Thoatta, which is Gautham next will go on floors from next month with Dhanush in the lead-role.
