Time is changing and it’s changing fast. A new era has arrived to move away from the year-old tradition to remake English films into Hindi. Now it’s time for the Hindi film industry to inspire the English movies and Hindi classic Amar Akbar Anthony is going to create the new benchmark.

The task has been taken up by an ardent fan of Amar Akbar Anthony, British Indian actor Atul Malhotra, who has planned to remake his favourite film into English. While the original film was based on Hindu, Muslim and Christian angle, a Sikh protagonist will replace the Hindu in the English version.

As the female leads, British actresses Goldy Notay, Laura Aikman and Karen David will revive the characters played by Parveen Babi, Neetu Singh and Shabana Azmi.
