Actor Arjun Kapoor is gearing up for the release of his upcoming movie ‘Half Girlfriend’ which is set to hit the theatres on May 19, 2017. The movie which is directed by Mohit Suri stars Shraddha Kapoor opposite him. Both the stars are busy promoting the movie.

However given that his last films, ‘Tevar’ and ‘Ki & Ka’ did not fare well at the box, the actor says that the box office success doesn’t matter to him. He further said that one should not sink down by their failures as success and failure are a part of life. He also said that if his film does not do well at the box office he learns what went wrong and tries not to repeat the same in his next movies.

“We do films to be consumed by a maximum number of people. You want as many people to come and to enjoy. We are here to entertain people and we want to give them value to money. But, when that does not happen, we do get affected. It is natural, it is human,” the Gunday actor told ANI.

‘Half Girlfriend’ is an adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s novel by the same name. The movie will see Arjun playing a Bihari boy, while Shraddha will essay the character of Riya Somani, a rich Delhi brat in the film.
