Box Office Report: Katti Batti Mints Rs. 18.52 Crores in 4 Days

When Aamir Khan watched Katti Batti, he was so touched with its story that he couldn’t stop his tears from rolling down. But unfortunately the film has failed to hit the right chords with the audiences and has failed at the box office as well. The Kangana Ranaut and Imran Khan starrer film has minted just Rs. 18.52 crores in 4 days.

The Nikhil Advani directorial collected Rs. 5.28 crores on Friday, Rs. 5.48 crores on Saturday and Rs. 5.51 crores on Sunday, making a total collection of Rs.16.27 crores over the opening weekend. On Monday, the film minted Rs. 2.25 crores. The film’s business was expected to go down on first Monday but a 50 percent decline wasn’t anticipated.

Katti Batti was expected to open well at the box office because of its heavy promotions. Kangana’s presence in the film was expected to pull the crowds further. The film’s clash with ongoing Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations can be one of the other reasons to hamper the flick's collections at the box office.
