Can Salman Khan be joining politics?

Can Salman Khan be joining politics?

The first ever public appearance with a press conference in fray that Salman Khan made after his ‘Hit and Run case’ verdict, not only found a lot of audience for itself but also made a number of headlines. While he avoided speaking on the case and the verdict, the actor thanked all his fans and well-wishers for their prayers. The actor is in the Kashmir valley shooting for Kabir Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

“I owe them a lot. I respect them and I appreciate what they did for me… all those prayers, fasts, etc. I don’t know if I deserve all that, but I have got them and I accept that and I will try to increase my levels,” he said. Salman was at the press conference that was ‘focused’ to talk about tourism in Kashmir and he kept highlighting the importance of promoting tourism in the valley.

Talking about his social enterprises or if he could join politics to pursue the challenge, Salman said “I have an ambition to do a lot of good. That is what I believe. If I can make somebody’s life better, then I will do whatever it takes for me to do. Social work is superb and politics in my thinking is a social work. I think there is no better man than a good politician and no worse man than a bad politician.” While he figures what he should be up to, we hope that his social efforts do make a difference in some way.
