Deepika Refused To Share Stage With Priyanka?

The stories that we all read about Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra’s budding friendship now seems to be cooked up. Gossip mills at the present suggest that Deepika refused to share the stage with her Bajirao Mastani co-star at a forthcoming award show in Spain. Is all really not well between the duo?

According to a report on Mid-day, “The organisers had approached Priyanka and Deepika for a joint performance. And the former was enthused by the proposal. However, Deepika refused to perform alongside her contemporary for reasons best known to her”.

The source further revealed to the leading daily, “They were formal with each other and stories of them bonding and not being competitive had been cooked up. A professional rivalry does exist between them. Both actresses are trying their luck in Hollywood with Priyanka being part of American TV show 'Quantico' and Hollywood film 'Baywatch' while Deepika has a release opposite Vin Diesel”. Now only time will reveal the truth.
