Guess How Salman Khan's Tubelight Surpassed Aamir Khan's Dangal

Salman Khan has completed shooting for Kabir Khan’s directorial Tubelight and is occupied with Ali Abbas Zafar’s Tiger Zinda Hai. While Salman is busy with Tiger Zinda Hai, Tubelight is being paid all the attention as of now. The film is touted to be one of Salman’s biggest hits.

We already know that the film has raked in a colossal amount of Rs 130 crores much before its release through its distribution rights. The latest in the front is that the film has left behind Aamir Khan's Dangal and here’s how. The rights that have been sold in both Gujarat and Rajasthan for a record price, has been given more Minimum Guarantee (MG) by theatre owners and distributors there than even AAmir Khan's Dangal.

NH Studioz has bought all-India distribution rights of Salman Khan’s Tubelight for a whopping amount of Rs 132 crore and a Chinese company has agreed to pay Rs 75 crore for the theatrical rights of the film in China. The film features Chinese actress Zhu Zhu alongside Salman Khan. The Kabir Khan’s directorial is a love story that is being set in the backdrop of 1962 Indo-Sino war.
