‘Happy That I Played The Cupid’: Akshay About Asin-Rahul’s Wedding

Asin Thottumkal and long-time Rahul Sharma have finally tied the knot in a private ceremony on January 19. Akshay Kumar who was one of the celebrities that were invited at the wedding said that that it was simple yet lovely affair. He further said that he is happy to play the cupid for them.

The Khiladi star has been quoted as saying, “It was a nice affair. Everything went off very well. Asin and Rahul are very private people. Everybody has respected their privacy. It was a very simple affair and today they are very happy and I am very happy that I played the Cupid. I hope that they live like this forever”.

Akshay Kumar was one of the first invitees for the wedding. When asked which side he represented, Akshay said, “I was from both the sides”. Meanwhile, Akshay is busy promoting ‘Airlift’ which is releasing this Friday on January 22.
