Sanjay Dutt‘s biopic has garnered a lot guess work over the cast since the last few months. There were conjectures that Ranbir Kapoor was gaining weight for the role of Dutt the film. Putting an end to all speculations, the full and final cast of the epic film is out.  And all we can say is that the film is going to be grand, because of the stellar cast it features. Dutt’s biopic features Ranbir Kapoor in the titular role as Sanjay Dutt. Actor Paresh Rawal will be seen essaying the role of Sunil Dutt. Dia Mirza as Manyata Dutt. Also, Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor, Karishma Tanna and Manisha Koirala feature in significant roles. Where the character of Nargis Dutt will be played by Manisha Koirala and Sharma will feature as Lawyer Satish Maneshinde. Sonam Kapoor and Karishma will play Tina Munim and Madhuri Dixit respectively.

Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film is based on the life of actor Sanjay Dutt. The biopic is executively being produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. The film started rolling on 14 January 2017 with Ranbir Kapoor, Dia Mirza and other cast and crew.
