I Am Pathetic With Relationships: Shah Rukh Khan

When it comes to romantic roles, no one can do better than Shah Rukh Khan. Moreover, he has been given the title of romantic hero. Apart from the Baadshah of Bollywood, he is also called as the King of Romance.

While everyone think of him as the most romantic person, however, SRK does not think so. Talking about it to a leading agency, SRK stated, "I am pathetic with relationships. I am so pathetic that I am comic."

The superstar has said that unlike in films where he can express his emotions to the person whom he loves, he is opposite in real life. He said, “I am extremely one-sided, perhaps even selfish. Actually, I am very detached. I am demotional - emotional and detached, I don’t know how it works. I won’t be able to say anything that I’ve done in my films to a girl, or even in relationships..." The Dilwale actor went on saying that he is very closeted, introverted, shy, reclusive and cannot express his emotions.

The 51-year-old said that he loves portraying roles which he is not in real life. King Khan said, "I don’t have to believe in it, I have to make you believe in it and that’s a challenge always... An actor always goes for something that he is not. It’s a vent. I want to be a Batman, a Spider-Man, a fire fighter, an evil conniving Don and I want to be the greatest lover in the world. And I am not any of these. That’s why it turns me on."
