I Play With Sarees, Rohit Plays With Cars: SRK

Rohit Shetty is well-known for making cars fly in his films. People have been pulling a quick one on Rohit Shetty’s choice of action scenes. This time, Shah Rukh Khan, who is working with the director in Dilwale for the second time after Chennai Express, has also gagged about the same.

“Main jaise ladkiyon ki sariyaan udata hoon, waise hi Rohit gaadiyaan udata hai - nobody can stop us”, said Shah Rukh being at his wittiest best. “One of the girl says Rohit on Facebook, mai tumse bahut pyaar karti hu, Rohit asks what’s your sun sign, she says Scorpio, Rohit says, uda do”, joked SRK. From cart-wheeling Scorpio to blowing it up into pieces, the car has been the favourite of the filmmaker apparently.

This time, in Kajol starrer Dilwale, Rohit has reportedly blown up even more expensive cars. The King Khan said, “We really wanted fast & furious and James Bond feel in the action, we wanted to take a launch high you will see BMW and Royals Royce flying. In our country, we can do it with VFX and action sequences with the team that Rohit has. We wanted to take it a notch higher, rather than just a car chase in the mud. It has required a little more investment into cars to make them look cooler”.
