Paresh Rawal - known for delivering hits like the Hera Pheri film series and OMG - Oh My God! - will now be seen in ‘Dharam Sankat Mein’ with Naseeruddin Shah and Annu Kapoor.

When quizzed about his choice of films which seem to bring out religion as the main issue, the 64-year-old actor responded, "I am not here to preach anything. We just want to make good films. The plot of this film is different and I want to do more films which will have different layers". The National Award winner went on to say that his intentions are good and are not to hurt anyone’s religious sentiments. "I want to make a point, but within the boundary, certain section of media is interested in controversies. We can't fight with anyone. We can only make a good film”, he added.

Dharam Sankat Mein - helmed by Fuwad Khan and slated for release on April 10 - revolves around a man who goes through an identity crisis when he discovers he was adopted by a Hindu family but was born in a Muslim family.
