‘I Would Hold Myself Responsible’: Ranvir About Separation With Konkona

After five years of their marriage, Ranvir Shorey and Konkona Sen Sharma have parted ways on an amicable note. From very long, things between the couple were a bit sour and they were spotted coming out of several events separately. Finally, they made a decision to separate on September 14 and announced the news to the world through Twitter. What went wrong with the couple is something their fans are still wondering. Meanwhile, Ranvir has held himself responsible for the separation.

When at the trailer launch of his upcoming flick Titli, Ranvir was asked about their broken marriage, he told Indian Express, “There is no one to be held responsible for our separation. I would hold myself responsible for whatever has happened”. However, the Singh Is Kinng actor didn’t specify the reason.

Even after the separation, Ranvir says that he still has faith in marriage. “Yes, I still believe in the institution of marriage”, said the Ugly Aur Pagli actor. Ranvir and Konkona have decided to remain friends and have no problem in sharing screen space with each other. They share the custody of their four-year-old son named Haroon.
