It’s Confirmed! Navjot Singh Sidhu To Continue With Kapil Sharma’s Show

It is a known fact that cricketer and politician, Navjot Singh Sidhu is an important part and a permanent guest of The Kapil Sharma Show. For his stint on the show, Sidhu was paid Rs 25 crores annually. Now, the latest about the former cricketer is that he will continue with the show.  

Earlier there were rumours that the former Indian cricketer will not show his presence on Kapil’s show from now onwards to focus on politics. Putting all speculations at rest, the show’s creative director, Preeti Simoes tweeted that the rumours doing the rounds are false. She also said that Sidhu has not yet served any notice to the team.

It all started with Sidhu’s wife, Navjot Kaur’s recent statements. She confirmed that Sidhu will focus on Punjab politics. Sidhu also formed a party, Awaaz-e-Punjab with former hockey captain and MLA Pargat Singh and two Ludhiana MLA brothers-Simarjit Singh Bains and Balwinder Bains.
