Karan Mehra To Make A Comeback On Television With This Show

Karan Mehra won a million hearts with his simplicity and innocent smile in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai for almost five years. He left the show just months ago for his stint at Bigg Boss 10. While he was unable to make it to the top four celebrities, he still managed to be in the limelight. The actor, who was away from work for sometime, is back on track and is making a comeback with a funny television series.

Mehra is all set to make a comeback with SAB TV’s show, Khatmal E Ishque. He proved this by posting a picture of himself in a car and captioning it, “Early morning drive for the 1st day of Khatmal E Ishque”. In an interview with DNA, he said that he will play the role of a married man who is bored of his life. He further added, “It’s the journey of his life and his wife’s. It’s a situational comedy that is realistic”.

Gossip mills are churning out rumours that actress Ankita Sharma has been zeroed in on playing his wife in the show. Sheena Bajaj will be playing the role of Zumba instructor in Khatmal E Ishque and Karan’s character will fall in love with her. Well, this sounds interesting! We hope the wait is worth it.
