Rhea Kapoor's 'Veere Di Weeding' Starring Kareena-Sonam-Swara Not A Chick Flick?

Rhea Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor's co-production ‘Veere Di Wedding’ is expected go on the floor in August. The much anticipated flick stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania (known for playing Ranbir Kapoor's overweight friend in 'Wake Up Sid'). Since it’s announcement, the movie has been touted to be India's first real chick flick. But recently, sisters Sonam and Rhea took to their social networking handle to quash the supposition.

According to a report in Pinkvilla, Rhea stated, "It is not a chick-flick, I don't like that name. Because if there was a man on set we would have to call it man-flick. It is a fun and entertaining movie”.

Reportedly, there will be a lot of social media interactions through the movie shoot. The flick will represent the journey of the four powerhouse performers from Delhi to Europe. Let’s wait to see what the all-girls film has stored in for movie enthusiasts.
