Karisma Kapur’s divorce story postponed till next year

Bollywood starlet Karisma Kapur apparently had to postpone her divorce proceedings with her husband, business tycoon Sunjay Kapur. Both had moved to the city family court and filed for a divorce petition, during the beginning of this year. However, at the recent hearing, the duo ended up pushing their divorce story to 2015.

Though, the celebrity pair was present before principal judge Laxmi Rao, they failed to agree to the terms of a trust being set up for the welfare of their two children, nine-year-old Samaira and four-year old Kiaan Raj Kapur. Sources say that the whole quarrel began when Karisma wanted to have more trust on children following which, an irked Sunjay posed unwilling to let go.

Karisma was at the peak of her acting career, when she decided to marry Delhi-based industrialist Sunjay Kapur on September 29, 2003. Their marriage reportedly hit a roadblock with the situations only getting worse with time. Rumour mills are churning that Karisma's alleged love interest, Sandeep Toshniwal, also has his divorce plea pending in the same court.
