Kirti Kulhari To Play Unique Role In Madhur Bhandarkar's ‘Indu Sarkar’

Kirti Kulhari is basking in the success of her last offering ‘Pink’. She impressed everyone with her performance in Bejoy Nambiar’s ‘Shaitan’, but with the Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury directorial she got the due recognition. She recently said that she has not been flooded with offers after ‘Pink’, but she has bagged a big project.

According to reports, the Jal actress has been roped in for Madhur Bhandarkar's next titled ‘Indu Sarkar’. The actress recently spilled the beans on her character in the flick. She said, "Indu is raised in an orphanage and has a stammering problem but loves to write and read poetry". She will be playing a girl with a speech impediment in the venture.

Reportedly, the movie will be set during the 21 months of ‘The Emergency’ in the 70s. Kirti will start preparing for the role after returning from vacations in Andaman on November 1. The movie will go on floors early in November and will be shot over 40 days in Delhi and Pune.
