Nargis Fakhri replaces Esha Gupta in Hera Pheri 3?

Grapevine is abuzz that the Rockstar girl has managed to grab the lead role in Hera Pheri 3, for which Esha Gupta was finalised previously. Esha was told that she will have the meatier role opposite Bollywood hunk John Abraham, which seems to have changed now. With a recent disclosure it is said that Nargis has also been signed in for the same.

A source said, “When Esha signed on the dotted line, she was assured that she had the most important part in the film. However, the makers seem to have had a change of mind and now are favouring Nargis. There are some last minute changes after the Rockstar girl has been cast in the film. Esha obviously hasn’t taken this bit of news well but there’s not much she can do. She doesn’t want to give up the opportunity of working in a successful sequel so she is staying on”.

Apparently, the search of director Neeraj Vohra for leading actresses is not over yet. With Akshay Kumar’s departure, the sequel will be witnessing some new stars, which include John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan. The shooting for the same will start soon as producer Feroz Nadiadwala is busy shooting for Welcome Back currently.
