No sequels for Emraan Hashmi at the moment

A few days back when it was reported that Emraan Hashmi has been roped in for Raaz 4, the news wasn’t so easily digestible since the actor has not really been too interested in sequels lately. But now, the actor has confirmed that he is not doing any sequels at the moment and that all the projects like Raaz 4 and others are in very early stages to be talked about.

The 35-year-old actor had expressed his reluctance to be a part of any sequel since they were all tiring him out. The actor is right now working on Raja Natwarlal and Mr X. He also has an international project in hand for which he said will release in early 2015 and will also open at different festivals. Clearing the air about all the speculation he said, “Raaz 4 is in a very nascent stage. There’s nothing happening on it at the moment. Probably we will go ahead and green signal things once and if everything comes together, like the cast of the film and the script. I am not doing any sequel at this moment. All these films are in very early stage and we are in talks. Whenever it will happen, we will let you know.”

Mohit Suri, the director who’s had a wonderful record with Emraan is also starting his next with him that also stars Vidya Balan and Rajkumar Rao. The film is titled ‘Hamari Adhoori Kahaani’. With Emraan’s last Ghanchakkar already being a year old, his fans are anxiously waiting for his next.
