Yes, you heard it right! The cost of the luxury apartment is a shocker. If we go by the reports, the actor has even paid Rs 2.91 crore as stamp duty to the government for the registration of his home. Going into deep details, the flat is located on the 42nd-43rd floors of Tower B of Three Sixty West, and the portions of the two floors measure 427.98 square meters and 300.48 sq m, including a balcony spanning 40.88 sq m. The total area adds up to 801.30 sq m, or 8,625 sq ft.

Interestingly, Shahid’s neighbours in the new tower will be Akshay Kumar and Abhishek Bachchan, who paid Rs 27.94 crore and Rs 41.14 crore respectively. It seems that things are going smoothly in his life. Notably, Shahid Kapoor will be seen next in Batti Gul Meter Chalu, which is also featuring Shraddha Kapoor in a pivotal role. The film is based on the issue of electricity shortage which has an aim to encourage authorities to investigate the inaccuracies of electricity bills.
