Parking Dispute: Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Wife Files Counter FIR

Hours after a 24-year-old woman had filed an assault case against Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the Bollywood actor’s wife Aaliya Siddiqui also filed a counter FIR against five people, two of which are women reportedly. As per the complaint, Nawaz’s wife has claimed that she was manhandled by these five people when they had come to their place to serve the society’s notice relating to the parking issue. Siddiqui has also recorded his statement with the police in the same regard.

Assistant commissioner of police Arun Chavan said, “The complaint was lodged on Sunday night against five people of a society by Siddiqui's wife. She had filed a case of rioting, threatening and molestation. As per actor's wife, five persons, including three women, had barged in Siddiqui's office in the same society premises stating they wanted to meet Siddiqui. Siddiqui had had complained to the society authorities about the irregularities in the society. While Siddiqui was in washroom, the group manhandled his wife and left”.

The woman had lodged an FIR, claiming that Nawaz had pushed her and behaved inappropriately over a parking dispute in the society. She had also alleged that Nawaz had previously refused to accept the society notice relating to complaints of parking space against him as he has been using additional space. No arrest has been made by the police as of now.
