Poonam Dhillon steps into direction

Veteran actress Poonam Dhillon has made a mark in Bollywood with her acting skills. Now, she is geared to enlist herself in director’s list too. The 51-year-old said that she has a series of films ready, “I always wanted to direct a film. I have a script ready. I have two-three subjects ready. One is a fun romantic comedy, typical feel good film and one is serious with a social issue.”

Poonam talks about her works, “I want to make a commercial romantic-comedy film. I think it would be a commercially successful and then I will make other films.” The actress has also started a TV show lately with name ‘Ek Nayi Pehchaan’ and is currently busy with it. Film direction is likely to start in coming months as told by former Miss India, “We will take a few months. Hopefully, we will start working on it next year. It is a romantic film filled with emotions and comedy. I want to start with something that is light.” Further revelations about the same are under wraps and will be updated as soon as any announcement is made.
