Priyanka Chopra gets a new role as new brand ambassador of Big B

This is really a very lucky season going on for Piggy Chops. She has almost touched the sky of success and admiration with her outstanding and award-winning portrayal of Jhilmil inBarfi!and not to forget her singing debut which was recognized internationally. Now it’s time for her to get into the shoes of being the new brand ambassador of Amitabh Bachchan. Priyanka is reportedly all set to felicitate Big B at an event.

Priyanka, who is a huge Bachchan fan, is feeling very honoured and proud to get this lifetime opportunity. According to a source, “Priyanka has always admitted to being a huge fan of Amitabh Bachchan, so she is absolutely overjoyed to be sharing the stage with him and is looking forward to meeting him. In the past too, she has talked about how as a child she would often imitate his trademark style and always wanted to be like him. In fact, not many know that one of the reasons she agreed to do Don, Don 2, Agneepath and now Apoorva Lakhia's Zanjeer is that they are all remakes of Bachchan's films.” As Priyanka stated, “I am Mr Bachchan's brand ambassador and this should be in my contract. Now I can't be Vijay so I am being his heroine in any film.”Priyanka will be seen next inZanjeer‘s remake opposite Ram Charan, which is being shot in Hindi and Telgu at the same time. She is also keeping her schedule busy with shooting forGundaywith Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh for the first time.
