Rajkumar Santoshi In Normal Condition After Suffering Cardiac Arrest

Bollywood filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi is known to have helmed movies such as Andaz Apna Apna , Phata Poster Nikhla Hero and Ghayal. Earlier, there were rumours that the star got a cardiac arrest. According to a story published on timesofindia.indiatimes.com, the filmmaker’s condition in normal now.

Santoshi was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai after he complained of facing a cardiac arrest. The sources have revealed that the filmmaker underwent angioplasty. Santoshi is in a fine condition now.

Rajkumar Santoshi started his career in Bollywood with 1982 movie Ardh Satya as an assistant director. He has been the recipient of awards such as Best Feature Film on National Integration and  National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi for movies Pukar and The Legend of Bhagat Singh respectively. Santoshi was currently penning the script of yet to be announced movie ‘Battle of Saragarhi’.
